THE CHALLENGE
Developing a social media content strategy for Hilden Retreat ahead of its autumn 2026 opening, with the goal of positioning it as an one-of-a-kind hotel concept in the region. The core challenge was that much of the estate was still under construction, limiting access to polished visuals and finished spaces.
THE ACTIVITIES
Through multiple workshops we created a strategy that could still generate excitement, communicate the brand’s distinct identity, and engage audiences. All while remaining realistic and implementable for the team given the incomplete setting.
