THE CHALLENGE
The Flaconi social media team wanted to achieve more efficiency planning the content for different social media platforms. This included what content and tone of voice flaconi would use for which platform. Furthermore, the team desired creative input to engage Flaconi’s existing target group as well as reaching new audiences.
THE ACTIVITIES
Together with the flaconi team and Annika Rogge I developed the social media guidelines, which translated the strategy into feasible content formats to engage the target group as well as the brand’s sought after target group specifically for TikTok, Instagram and Youtube. Through content frameworks the social media team gained efficiency for day to day operational tasks.
